No bonded leather, no split leather, nothing sanded smooth to hide a flaw. It is the most expensive way to make a bag, and the only way we make one.
It Started at a Kitchen Table
Equestrian Noire began with horses, a respect for leather, and a conviction that the things worth keeping are worth making properly the first time. We started designing, cutting and stitching by hand. Every piece is still full grain leather, chosen for strength and the patina it develops through years of use, built to the same standard tack has always required.

WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
Full grain, always. It is the outer layer of the hide with the surface left intact, which is where the strongest fibres sit. We do not use bonded leather, split leather, or anything labelled "genuine leather," which is a lower grade despite how the name sounds.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Anything shown as in stock ships within two business days. Because we produce in small runs, some colours are made to order and take about four weeks. The product page will tell you which one you are buying before you pay.
DO YOUR BAGS HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes. Our leather bags carry a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Wear, spills, accidents and damage from improper care are not covered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first and we will send return instructions.
