Shipping policy

At Equestrian Noire, we offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.  expedited or priority shipping will incur additional charges.

All orders of in stock items will be processed and shipped out as soon as practical from date of purchase. We offer standard shipping through our trusted carriers, and the ability to choose expedited shipping for an additional charge.  

Orders of pre-sale or out of stock items will ship approximately six weeks from purchase date. 

In the event that there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate will be applied based on the weight and size of your order. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and added to your total order cost.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, and that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be incurred for international orders.
