You will be charged at checkout when ordering an item for Pre-Order or a sold out item (we are not able to hold credit card information and bill later).

Yes, all our leather bags are guaranteed for life, for the original purchaser, against manufacturing and materials defects. So, if you believe that
your leather bag has a manufacturing or materials defect, please contact us with
photos of the issue, as well as proof of purchase and we will happily replace or repair your bag.  Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by you, such as spilling baby’s milk, beer or liquor in your bag,
carrying sharp objects that pierce or tear your bag, having your bag run over by galloping horses or other forms of neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.

We want you to love your bag as much as we do, so if you don’t love your bag simply contact us and for a return shipping label.  Within 20 days of purchase, we offer a full
refund, after 20 days we offer store credit.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in
its original packaging. 

You can use (pay later app) to pay via 4 equal installments,
with no interest. *See payment terms. For some
purchasers a higher initial payment may be required.  The first payment is collected when the orderis shipped or in 21 days (whichever comes first). The remaining three payments
are automatically collected every two weeks. 

The minimum purchase
amount for (pay later app) is $65.

While our bags are more expensive than a lot of other lower quality leather and synthetic bags you may see for sale, our bags are very reasonably priced relative to other bags made to the highest standards of craftsmanship and made from leathers of comparable quality. 

In leather, as in life, you get what you pay for.  Many of these less expensive bags may look similar in a picture or online, but in person, touching and feeling the bags even someone with no knowledge of leather will quickly notice the difference in quality.

Our bags are crafted to literally last a lifetime and we back that up with a lifetime guarantee against material and craftsmanship
defects.  These other bags…good luck, they are fast fashion genuine leather (that’s not a good thing).  They look good initially and wear out
quickly.  Our bags are always crafted from full grain leather so they don’t wear out, they break in, which means they actually look better as they age.

Here at Equestrian Noire we exclusively use full-grain leather in our bags. Full-grain isthe highest quality, most durable, luxurious and most expensive grade of leather.  Full-grain leather is called
full grain because it contains the full outer hide of the animal, because of this it is the strongest and longest lasting of leathers.  Other, less grades of leather have the topmost
layer of grain shaved down to create a more uniform appearance, but this comes
at a cost as the leather becomes much more prone to cracking and drying out and
the useful life of this leather is much shorter.
