All our leather bags have a lifetime guarantee for manufacturing and material defects. Please contact us if you believe your leather bag has a manufacturing or material defect.

We will need photos of the product and proof of purchase, and we will happily replace or repair your bag.  Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, spills, or tears resulting from neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.

We want you to love your bag as much as we do, so if you don’t love your bag simply contact us and ask for a return shipping label.  Within 20 days of purchase, we offer a full
refund, after 20 days we offer store credit.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in
its original packaging. 

You can use (Shop Pay) to pay via four equal installments

with no interest. *See payment terms. For some

purchasers, a higher initial payment may be required.  The first payment is collected when the order ships or in 21 days (whichever comes first). The remaining three payments are automatically collected every two weeks.
